Primary Responsibilities
- Assesses customer needs and provide expert advice about available products
- Demonstrates features and benefits of any product, which may complement the sale
- Merchandises and maintains the assigned area to its best image i.e., displays, presentations, labels, signage, and ordering needs
Required Skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the horse industry is required to be considered for this position
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as proven team membership skills
- Mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essentials
- Good decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
- Ability to open and close one of our retails location
- Ability to balance the day and create bank deposits.
- Ability to lead and navigate through customer conflict resolution
