Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday 3:30pm-midnight
- Daily schedule is a minimum of 8.5 hours
- Weekend or extended / extra hours when required due to events throughout the year
Position Responsibilities
- Cross-train in all Picking & Shipping functions
- Provide daily hands-on support for the department.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
- Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist in implementation.
- Ability to supervise approx. 15-20 employees daily
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years warehouse experience, with supervisory experience in a high volume, fast-paced distribution operation preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with Excel preferred.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
