Locations currently hiring:

  • Manager & Assistant Manager - Vancouver, BC (F/T)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly, courteous manner
  • Work flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends
  • Merchandise store as per Greenhawk standards
  • Ability to occasionally commit to extended hours to accommodate special sales and events (beyond 40 hr/week)

Required Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of the horse industry and pet industry is a MUST to be considered for this position
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Ability to meet the demands and responsibilities involved in the management of a flagship store
  • Assesses customer needs and provide expert advice about available products
  • Demonstrates features and benefits of any product, which may complement the sale
  • Merchandises and maintains the assigned area to its best image i.e. displays, presentations, labels, signage, and ordering needs
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as proven team membership skills
  • Mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essentials
  • Good decision-making abilities and problem solving skills
